My oh my! We have been so busy helping our beautiful couples with their gorgeous weddings that we have been neglecting the blog a tiny bit! But hopefully you've been keeping up with us on Facebook, but if that's not the case, then you may not know about our Winter Open House that is just around the corner... that's right... this coming weekend we are kicking off the 2012 wedding season in Vista West Ranch style, with a good ol' fashioned open house (we.love.them.). We've already had over 125 people tell us that they are coming, so join the party and head our way on Sunday afternoon. The details are listed in the invitation above, but just in case you are curious, here is a list of the fabulous vendors that you will be able to mix and mingle with at the open house. They are all wonderful and will be excited to chit chat about your wedding with you in a laid back environment complete with yummy cocktails and delicious eats and treats.

Waterfalls in Dripping Springs

We could not wait to show you our new addition: an amazing waterfall! Because we were so excited to show you, the best we could do is an amateur photo with our camera phone. More "professional" pictures to come, but here's a little tease!

The Waterfall is a few days away from being complete!!!

Tables and chairs for 150 guest... with elbow room! :)

So, here is the inventory (if you need more, they are available at any rental company in Austin)

Tables...19 of them! They are 60" round tables so, they can squeeze in 10 guest but WE find it more comfortable to seat 8 people with room to move!

-AND-

150- fruit wood folding chairs with ivory cushions for use inside the venue.

Our rental price will stay the same for any brides that are currently contracted with us and for brides that contract their future weddings with us before September 1, 2009.

It has been a long and bumpy ride in 2008 with Cindy the Owner of Vista West Ranch battling breast and lymphnotic cancer. However, she wasn't going to let that silly little C word take away her dreams of seeing her grandbabies grow up and the venue her husband Brian built with his own hands flurish with couples in love.

We're happy to say that Cindy had her last round of Chemo just before Christmas and with the help of her very close knit family and industry friends is ready to get Vista West Ranch back in motion!!!

Come see us on January 14th from 5pm to 8pm for our open house. There will be Open house incentives for anyone that books their wedding that night. It is worth the drive to experience the peace and tranquility of being in the country. We'll have some of our favorite vendors there to celebrate this fantastic milestone with us and answer any questions you may have.

Also, don't forget to check out our booth at the Austin Wedding Guide Bridal Extravaganza on January 10th and 11th at the Austin Convention Center. We are Booth 154.

AND - We are going to have a Texas Real Wedding featured in The Knot magazine along with Petal Pushers and Something to Celebrate!
